#10 Bullitt – More than 80 cars smashed
Although we do not have the exact number, there is no doubt that the legendary “Bullit” has destroyed more than 80 vehicles. To be honest, I have watched the movie a few days ago, and the car chase scene is still as incredible to me as when I first saw it at the movies in 1968. Although the both, Mustang and Charger models in the movie are not so good for handling, we must admit that they have prepared a show that we will never stop watching over and over again. What is interesting about the shooting is that Steve McQueen was not replaced by a stunt driver. He was behind the wheel of the epic Mustang even when it reached a speed of over 100MPH.
