Although the United States is notorious throughout the world because of their love for guns, we have to admit that guns are awesome. That is, as long as you use them for recreational purpose, instead of bad things. Today, we are sharing an interesting video with you guys, where one gun fan decides to conduct a bullet proof glass test. While bullet proof glass is highly effective against smaller caliber weapons, the guy in this video doesn`t use an ordinary caliber. Instead, he chose a 0.50 caliber bullet to conduct his test! He wanted to know how well the bullet proof glass will fare against a higher caliber.
For starters, the bullet proof glass was an inch and a quarter thick. That is thick enough to make you feel safe. However, as it turns out, it is NOT thick enough for a 0.50 caliber bullet! For his bullet proof glass test, he used a Serbu BFG 50A gun, and needless to say, it went through the glass like it was nothing! There were 2 bottles of water behind the bullet proof glass, and they were destroyed with the first shot! Now that is some serious fire power!
